简要规则描述：本项目位于浦东新区祝桥镇，包含但不限于：北潘港东侧陆域:步道加罩沥青、滨河绿化提升；六灶港北侧陆域(不含临六灶港步道)：菜棚拆除,周边绿地补绿、步道抬升；学校南侧围墙外区域地被增加、围墙刷新、新建插板沟；天和广场桥：栏杆更换除锈刷漆、桥面沥青铺装；千汇路桥挡墙外侧步道：步道缩窄、绿化更换、步道改造为沥青步道；华星路北侧一空置地块新建彩钢板围挡。（具体详见工程量清单或图纸）
Brief Specification Description:This project is located in Zhuqiao Town, Pudong New Area, and includes but is not limited to: the land area on the east side of Beipan Port: asphalt covering for footpaths and enhancement of riverside greening; the land area on the north side of Liuzao Port (excluding the footpath adjacent to Liuzao Port): removal of vegetable sheds, replanting of surrounding green spaces, and elevation of footpaths; the area outside the fence on the south side of the school: addition of ground cover, refurbishment of the fence, and construction of a new ditch; Tianhe Square Bridge: replacement, rust removal, and painting of railings, asphalt paving of the bridge deck; the footpath outside the retaining wall of Qianhui Road Bridge: narrowing of the footpath, replacement of greenery, and conversion of the footpath to an asphalt footpath; construction of a new color steel plate enclosure on a vacant plot on the north side of Huaxing Road. (For specific details, please refer to the bill of quantities）

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）本次磋商需要网上磋商，供应商必须获得上海市电子签名认证证书（CA认证证书）；
（2）从事城市园林绿化项目的施工企业，应持有效的营业执照；
（3）园林绿化施工企业项目负责人须具有园林专业中级及以上职称；(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) This negotiation requires online negotiation, and suppliers must obtain a Shanghai Electronic Signature Authentication Certificate (CA Authentication Certificate); (2) Construction enterprises engaged in urban landscaping projects should hold valid business licenses; (3) The project leader of landscaping construction enterprises must have a professional intermediate or higher title in landscape architecture;
