Project Content

拆除现有老旧破损的人行道路面结构，对通道进行适当拓宽，重新铺设平整坚固的防滑路面；在存在安全隐患的高差路段，增设符合规范要求的安全防护护栏。同步对整治路段范围内其他因沉降、破损导致路面不平整的区域进行修缮找平，对排水井盖、路缘石等影响道路正常通行的设施进行调整或修复。此外，对区域内部分因长期使用已破损的公共休憩坐凳、座椅等设施进行维修或更新改造，进一步提升区域整体环境品质。

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
