（1）投标人需为东航飞机融资业务供应商库内合格供应商。

东航将在收到意向确认邮件，并根据******公司飞机融资业务供应商管理规定》审核资质后，在北京时间****-**-**16点前将投标邀请以邮件方式发送给所有符合资质的意向方。对于不符合要求的意向方，也将反馈告知。

CEA will, upon receipt of the intention confirmation email and after conducting qualification review in accordance with the provisions of CEA on the Administration of Suppliers for Financing of Aircraft, send the RFP via email to all qualified intending bidders within two working days. Those not qualified will also be notified.

3.2 报价文件递交方式：请按投标邀请书规定时间将报价书发送至专用邮箱 # （不得抄送工作人员个人邮箱，否则视为废标）
