2、成交单位合同有效期为期一年（登录后查看），年度协议，基价价格季度调整，本次竞价成交价格为合同首季度价格（即登录后查看）。价格调整原则：参考Mysteel网站,普碳废钢沈阳地区镀锌料执行加减价，参考季度价前一个月1日-25日平均价调整定价。';font-family:微软雅黑;color:rgb(0,0,0);>';font-family:微软雅黑;color:rgb(0,0,0);>

9、所有产生的废料，成交单位需每日早7：45到各机组开机前完成各机组废料的摆放整理，拆包区每日整理保证区域整洁。落料斗料需配备接料车，如遇加工工艺废料，随时保证车辆转运（预计使用车量至少2辆，车型大小要附合现场需要）。每日废次材发运时间由沈阳钢加生产运营部负责通知，如废料量增加，临时通知，客户也需及时到场整理或提货。（特殊情况可同生产运营部协商发运）护圈需大圈套小圈摆放，装护圈车量必须为大车。装护圈车量及异型料车量必须有高栏，同时保证检斤拍照时可拍到车内情况。提货时护圈及捆带必须同时清理，不能只装护圈或只装捆带。生产运营部相关人员会根据现场情况通知收废料人员进行清理装货，发运时间为通知当日起至最晚不超过第二天下午三点。如未按生产运营部通知的时间提货的，每次生产运营部以书面的形式通知市场营销部，累计三次的，沈阳钢加有权取消客户下个周期竞价资格，并扣除当期保证金。如累计取消3次竞价资格的，将永久取消参与竞价资格。';font-family:微软雅黑;color:rgb(0,0,0);>';font-family:微软雅黑;color:rgb(0,0,0);>

11、报价前，';font-family:微软雅黑;color:rgb(0,0,0);>参与单位需了解现场实际整理要求。';font-family:微软雅黑;color:rgb(0,0,0);>成交单位除管理者以外，现场清理人员需固定并对现场整理操作进行培训，培训内容由沈阳钢加管理规划部负责，培训合格后，成交单位现场工作人员与沈阳钢加签定安全劳防协议。达到沈阳钢加现场操作的管理要求，不可随便更换，更换后需重新进行培训,培训不合格的取消在沈阳钢加现场工作资格。落料废料需固定2辆大小符合现场要求的车辆。竞拍成功后，如未经沈阳钢加培训以及没及时提供固定车辆资料的，按不据备报价资格处理，视同竞价结果无效。（需现场整理的品种主要有：包装皮、护圈、捆带、边丝、异形料（工艺废料）、头尾板等。）';font-family:微软雅黑;color:rgb(0,0,0);>';font-family:微软雅黑;color:rgb(0,0,0);>';font-family:微软雅黑;color:rgb(0,0,0);>

13、成交单位必须遵守沈阳钢加现场安全管理规定，履行安全协议及各项安全管理制度要求，着装统一，劳防穿戴齐全，有效。未经安全教育不得进厂参与废料业务相关操作，如违规按沈阳钢加管理要求进登录后查看公司登录后查看公司登录后查看公司现场安全事故负全责。如未按安全要求执行的，每次沈阳钢加综合管理部形成整改通知单，并按安全管理规定进行处罚，累计处罚三次的，沈阳钢加有权取消客户下个周期竞价资格，并扣除不低于10%保证金。如累计取消3次竞价次格的将永久取消参与竞价资格。';font-family:微软雅黑;color:rgb(0,0,0);>';font-family:微软雅黑;color:rgb(0,0,0);>
