一、采购项目基本情况

采购项目名称：Executive Meeting Room's IT equipment and installation servicefor ASP new office

采购内容或范围：-Conduct a mandatory site survey and verify room dimensions, viewing distance, wall structure, ceiling conditions, furniture layout, power, network points, cable pathways and acoustic conditions
-Prepare the detailed AV system design, equipment layout, camera coverage, loudspeaker coverage, microphone arrangement, cabling and installation method
-Supply all equipment, licenses, mounting hardware, brackets, racks, cables, connectors, adapters, faceplates, power supplies and accessories required for a complete system\
-Install, configure, integrate, label, test and commission the complete system
-Coordinate with ASP's interior contractor, electrical contractor and other relevant parties.•Provide user training, administrator training, operating instructions, as-built drawings, configuration backup, warranty certificates and handover documentation.

二、供应商资格要求

Supplier Qualification Requirements:
1. Qualification Requirements
The Bidder shall be an independent legal entity incorporated in Thailand or a legally established overseas legal entity, and shall meet the qualification requirements stipulated by the applicable laws and regulations of Thailand. If an overseas legal entity is awarded the Contract, it shall appoint a legally compliant local Thai legal entity as its implementation partner, which shall be fully responsible for the execution of this Project, including contract execution and full performance of all contractual obligations throughout the Project.
2. Experience Requirements
Within the past three (3) years (up to the Bid Submission Deadline), the Bidder shall have completed at least one (1) project of a similar nature.
